We live on the sixth floor. Today a friend gave us a visit. Probably a Barn Owl (http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/thefalconrysuppliers/Owlpage.htm)
The page above says that their vision is 1000 times better than ours. This particular owl was actually sleeping when I took its foto. The powerful flash of the digital camera woke him up. After that as I took more pictures, it just kept staring... actually nodding, rocking his head in circles...
I suppose the camera flash would really be blinding for him. But he still looked on. Cute creatures.
Wonder if he will be my friend? or is it a she?
